Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it under the terms below.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Our 30-day returns guarantee

In addition to your statutory right above, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and with any tags still attached.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery or underwear once the sealed packaging has been opened. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be refunded.

How to return an item

Email info@grace-london.com with your order number and tell us which items you wish to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, the cost of return postage is yours. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few further working days for the money to appear on your statement. Where shipping was paid, standard delivery is refunded; any extra cost of a premium delivery option you chose is not.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at info@grace-london.com with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
