These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Colours may nonetheless appear slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Product images are for illustration.

Promotions and discounts

Promotional offers and quantity discounts apply only while advertised and while stock lasts. Unless we say otherwise, offers cannot be combined with one another.

Your right to cancel and return

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy, scrape or reuse its content without our written permission. All text, images and branding on this site remain our property or that of our licensors.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
