Shipping policy

We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no minimum order values and no surcharges at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a UK public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, Royal Mail normally delivers within 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may be longer during sale periods, public holidays or in the event of a carrier delay.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear on the Royal Mail website.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@grace-london.com and we will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and resolve it with you.
